ABOUT THE TRIP

Arriving in Morocco, it's like entering a fairy tale. The air is saturated with strong coffee and fragrant spices. Here, ancient cities are ready to reveal interesting stories to curious travelers.

It's as if Arabic, French, and Berber cultures have blended together in a spicy cocktail. The result is something exotic and colorful that you want to discover.

We invite you on a journey through the amazing places of the Kingdom of Morocco, from which you will return with a full baggage of emotions, cool photos, and new friends.

IMPORTANT: the tour program may change depending on weather conditions, the condition of the participants, and other circumstances at the discretion of the tour guide.

OUR itinerary

DAY 1. Arrival in Morocco, the heart of the east - Marrakech

We meet at Marrakech airport.. First, we'll check into the hotel to drop off our baggage and get some rest after the flight.

After that we will go to explore Marrakech. We will visit the Majorelle garden, which was created by the French artist and plant collector Jacques Majorelle. The garden is so beautiful that fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent ordered his ashes to be scattered here. After that we will visit Yves Saint Laurent museum.

Inspired by the views of the garden, we go for a walk through the medina, that's what the old part of the city is called here. We will definitely visit the bazar (souq) , because this is the best place to feel the atmosphere of the city.

We will come to see Jemaa el-Fnaa square, where everything mixed together: people, animals, birds, snakes, music, dances, acrobats, jugglers and food.

In the evening, we will try traditional cuisine in the local restaurant.

DAY 2. Moroccan Hollywood - the city of Ouarzazate

Прощаємося з Марракеш і вирушаємо в марокканський Голлівуд – місто Уарзазат (переїзд 200 км – 3 год 30 хв).

Дорогою відвідаємо неймовірне місто-оазис Аіт-Бенхадду , що стоїть посеред пустелі. Ви побачите старі будинки, збудовані з глини та соломи. Пройдете вуличками міста і переживете дивовижне почуття ніби стали мандрівником у часі і перенеслися на сотні років назад.

Піднімемось до найвищої точки фортеці. Тільки уяви: яскраво-синє небо, безмежна жовта пустеля і смарагдові сади навколо міста, які розкинулися прямо перед тобою.

Після обіду у фортеці поїдемо до студії Атлас. Саме тут знімали «Клон», «Гладіатора», «Гру престолів» та ще понад 50 інших фільмів про Єгипет, Персію, Ізраїль, Тибет і навіть Марс. Готові посперечатися, що ви ще ніколи не відвідували стільки країн лише за пару годин. Тисячі вражаючих фотографій гарантовано!

DAY 3. Sahara - under the starry desert sky

Today we will see the hottest desert in the world.

Але спочатку заїдемо в село Мерзуга (переїзд 370 км – 5 год 30 хв). Вважається, що саме звідси починається справжня Сахара. Пересідаємо на джипи і вирушаємо в саме серце пустелі.

We change jeeps for camels. In a friendly caravan you will feel like a real Berber conquering the boundless sandy ocean. Ships of the desert will take you to watch the sunset. This is a sight that you will remember for the rest of your life. This evening you will live in Berber tents. A delicious dinner awaits you, dancing by the fire to the sound of Moroccan drums. And above your head will be an endless starry sky. Astronomers believe that the desert is the best place to observe the constellations. We spend the night right here, in tents with all the amenities. This is an experience that will be nice to tell your grandchildren about many years later.

DAY 4. Free day in the Sahara

Today we will have free day in deserts.So we can take a break from traveling and just gain inspiration, you can chill out or take additional activities: a jeep tour through the desert, ATV rides or sandboarding through the dunes, or arrange a photo shoot!

DAY 5. Transfer to Fes - the city of artisans

Зустрічаємо світанок і прощаємось з Сахарой. Сьогодні їдемо до тисячолітнього Фесу (переїзд 450 км – 7 год)— найстарішого з чотирьох міст Марокко, яке схоже на величезний середньовічний музей просто неба.

We will drive through one of the largest cedar forests in the world. If we are lucky, we will meet cute Barbary macaques and feed them right from our hands.

After lunch we will be in Fes - city, which was founded over 1200 years ago. We will be inspired by the beauty of the picturesque walls of the Royal Palace. They are over 700 years old, but they still amaze with the sophistication of the patterns and the brightness of the colors. And then we will go for a walk through the labyrinths of the ancient streets.

And at the end of this busy day, we will watch the sunset at the fortress.

ДЕНЬ 6. Фес - місто тисячі лабіринтів

Розпочніть день з традиційного сніданку в ріаді, а потім зануремося в атмосферу медини Феса, відвідавши Медресе Бу Інанія та ринок спецій. Після чого вирушимо до Таннерії Шауара, щоб побачити традиційний процес фарбування шкіри. . Вечір проведемо у єврейському кварталі, прогуляємось по Фес ель-Дждід, а на обід скуштуємо пастилу з м’ятним чаєм. Якщо залишиться час – розслабимося у традиційному хаммамі.

Ближче до вечора переїзд (290 км – 3 год) до Касабланки.

DAY 7. Casablanca and the Atlantic Ocean

Today we will explore the city of Casablanca - a kind of bridge between the new and old Morocco. We will walk to the Hassan II Mosque – it is included in the list of the largest mosques in the world. The openwork architecture captivates with its elegance.

The mosque located next to the Atlantic OceanFirst, we will admire the coast from a giant glass hall for 25,000 people! And then we will enjoy the power of the ocean.

В другій половині дня можна лишитися відпочивати на березі океану або відправитись досліджувати місто. Вибір за тобою! На заверешення цього неймовірного дня – повечеряємо в ресторанчику з морепродуктами.

DAY 8. Transfer to Marrakech, return home

After breakfast, we will go to the Marrakech airport, transfer 250 km (3 hours). See you on your next trip, friends!

Where will we live and how will we get around?

We will live in traditional Moroccan riads and hotels. Standard - 2 people in a room. We will also spend 2 nights in the desert camping.

FAQ

How to book a trip?

Click on the “book” button, fill out the form, and we will contact you to complete the booking.

A place on the trip is reserved with a deposit of €400 (PayPal) and a photo of your international passport will also be required. After that, we will add you to the group. The remaining part of the amount must be paid no later than 21 days before the start of the trip.

Do I need a visa to Morocco?

Yes, a visa to Morocco is required for citizens of Ukraine. Currently, there are two options for obtaining a visa: the first is the easiest - you can get it online, provided that you have a valid visa or residence permit from Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, in the second option - you need to contact the Consulate of Morocco in neighboring countries, or where you are now. The Consulate is temporarily closed in Ukraine.

How many members are in the travel group, what is their age?

Our groups consist of 4-8 people plus a guide. The average age of participants is 18-35 years. We have no age restrictions, the main thing is that you like walking.

Tour cancellation, refund?

In case of refusal/cancellation of the trip from your side, a 100% refund is possible if a replacement is found for your place at the full price. In all other cases, the cost of the trip is non-refundable.

In case of cancellation of the trip by the organizers, the deposit paid will be refunded in 100%. The refund takes up to 10 business days.

Can I travel with children?

We have an age restriction of 18+ for the comfort of all participants.
